Well, after much umming and ahhing I have decided to bite the bullet and create a new diary in our lovely new forum!
I'm following The 5:2 / Fast Diet, and I'm currently aiming to lose weight for my summer holiday to Fuerteventura in September. When I re-started the plan six weeks ago, I realised I had 20 weeks to go until my holidays. So I'm currently on a bit of a "countdown" - as you can see from my signature.
I'm currently in my seventh week, and I weigh-in on Monday mornings. This Monday I lost 2.2lb, which took me to a total loss of 17.2lb in six weeks! The rest of the weight I have lost was lost beforehand, with Slimming World. At SW I lost over 4st in total, taking me from 15st to 10st 10lb. I then majorly fell off the wagon for around a year, flitted between 5:2 and SW without really getting anywhere, and gained a whole lot of weight back. Anyway, I'm currently working on getting that weight back off and my first goal will be to get back down to that 10st 10lb mark.
I would like to point out now, as a bit of a disclaimer, that I eat whatever I fancy. That includes meals out, chocolate, alcohol, etc. But also fruit, salad, vegetables and SW style homecooked meals. My diet may not appear clean or the most "healthy" to some, but it is food that I want to eat and enjoy eating. AND I am losing weight alongside that, so what's not to love!
I may not have the time to post every single day, especially on weekends. But in that case, I'll try to post my diaries at a later date so you can catch up. I'll start from the beginning of this week, week seven, and back-post my diaries from Monday up until today.

Monday 25th May 2015 (Bank Holiday) Feast Day
Breakfast: - Oat So Simple Original Porridge Pot with 2 x Nestle Vice Versas
Lunch: - Co-Op Tomato, Basil and Chicken Pasta Bowl - Beef Space Raiders - Diet Coke - Wrigley's Cool Breeze Chewing Gum
Pub Drinks: - 1 x bottle of Strawberry & Lime Kopperberg - 2 x Vodka & Diet Coke
Dinner: - Tesco Finest Beef Steak Burger in a Wholemeal Roll with Cheese, Sweet Gem Lettuce, Jalapenos, Red Onion and Cherry Tomatoes. Served with Spicy Sweet Potato Wedges
Snacks / Other: - Can of Diet Coke - 500ml Aldi Vive Sparkling Lychee & Strawberry Twist - Peanut M&M's

Tuesday 26th May 2015 Feast Day
Breakfast: - Tesco Tropical Fruit Mix (Pineapple, Mango, Kiwi Fruit & Grapes) - Can of Monster Zero
Lunch: - Tesco Finest Butter Basted Roast Chicken Sandwich - Sweet Chilli Baked Kettle Chips - Bottle of Diet Coke - 2 x Creme Egg Biscuit
Dinner: - Jacket Potato topped with Tuna Crunch (Tuna, Red Pepper, Red Onion, Cucumber and LTL Mayo) and served with Roasted Asparagus
Snacks / Other: - Bottle of Coke Zero - Can of Diet Coke - Malteaser "Teasers" bar

Wednesday 27th May 2015 Feast Day
Breakfast: - Oat So Simple Golden Syrup Porridge Pot - Can of Monster Zero
Lunch: - Tesco "Healthy Living" Chargrilled Chicken Noodle Salad - Sweet Chilli Baked Kettle Chips - Bottle of Coke Zero - 2 finger Kit Kat
Dinner: - Spinach & Ricotta Stuffed Mushrooms served with Miniature Roast Potatoes with Garlic Oil & Rosemary and Roasted Asparagus - Raspberry Sorbet with a Mini Cadbury Flake
Snacks / Other: - 3 x Creme Egg Biscuit - Can of Diet Coke - Bottle of Cherry Pepsi Max - Peanut Yorkie

Thursday 28th May 2015 Fast Day
So, today is my first Fast of the week. I probably should have said that I tend to Fast on Thursday and Sunday!
I usually plan three meals into my 500cals, but I may not always eat them. It really depends how hungry I get throughout the day. This is my plan so far today, but I may not end up having breakfast and lunch - will see how it goes and update accordingly later in the day!
Breakfast (73cals): - Can of Monster Zero {15} - Pineapple Chunks {58}
Lunch (86cals): - Graze "My Thai" punnet {84} - Bottle of Coke Zero {2}
Dinner (257cals): - Can of M&S "Count on Us" Red Thai Chicken Curry {184} served with 100g Green Beans {33} and a pouch of Birds Eye Hearty Farmhouse Steam Vegetables {40}
Snacks / Other (83cals): - Can of Pepsi Max {1} - 1/3 Graze Brownie {37} - 2 x Butterfinger Bites {45}
Total Calories: 499 / 500

Friday 29th May 2015 Feast DayGood morning diary, happy Friday. And also happy payday! Woohoo!! It's a good day today I'm just about to log into Jet2 and pay off the remaining balance of my holiday - how exciting is that!? 97 days and counting!! I've got a yummy Feast day ahead of me today. I successfully finished yesterdays Fast on 499cals, so just one more to go this week (Sunday) and then it'll be weigh day again on Monday. These weeks are flying by! Anyway, today is going to look something like this... Breakfast:- Can of Monster Zero - Lucky Charms with Semi Skimmed Milk Lunch:- Tesco Falafel and Chargrilled Red Pepper Tabbouleh Salad - Sweet Chilli Baked Kettle Chips - Bottle of Coke Zero - 2 finger Kit Kat Dinner:- Half of an M&S "Count on Us" Ham and Mushroom Pizza served with Salad and Chilli Infused Red Onions - Peanut Butter Love Cornetto Snacks / Other:- Can of Pepsi Max - Creme Egg biscuit - 4 x bottle of Bud Light - 1/4 bar Cadbury Hazelnut Puddles
