Have done a "before" photo in the bikini and will do the same in the shorts when I get home from work. Then hopefully by the time we go away I'll have a good "after" to compare it with x

Here to subscribe as I have just started 5:2ing!
I have done it before but this time I am trying to combine it with SW on the feast days as I feel I need some structure and I can't be arsed to calorie count...though that is subject to change as I tend to have a habit of changing plans far too regularly!
Encouraging to see your fab losses.. I could do with a boost!

Sort of what I'm planning to do, except I'm doing a mixture of SW, cal counting and fasting! I like SW but sometimes when I'm away it's just easier to calorie count! At the moment my fast day is Mon (I'm trialling just the one!)

Saturday 30th May 2015 Feast Day
Morning diary, happy Saturday!! Had such a nice, rare lie-in this morning. We only woke up around 30 minutes ago! Just watching a bit of Jeremy Kyle in bed lol, then we're going to go out for a walk since the weather is nice. We usually do about 5 miles, but I shall update later!
Also, we're off out for tea tonight. Our favourite...Nando's! We haven't been in a while, so I'm looking forward to it.
Anyway, this is how today is looking up to now...
Breakfast: - Can of Monster Zero
Lunch: - None
Dinner (Nando's): - Mango and Lime Grilled Chicken Pitta served with 2/3 portion of Chips, Corn on the Cob and half a pot of Perinaise - Diet Coke
Snacks / Other: - Can of Diet Coke - 4 x Bud Light - Revels

Just a quick update on today's walk - we ended up going to Hamsterely Forest and doing their 'orange' trail. When I'd googled it beforehand it said it was 4.5miles, and I thought 'oh, easy! We walk more than that on our usual walk'...
OMG, didn't account for hill after hill after bank after bank lol!! God it was excruciating at times, and I even felt like I could cry part-way through. If I could have given up, I would have at times! But I had no choice, it was either keep going or stay there in the middle of the Forest lol!
Powered through it and finally came to the end after walking for 88minutes. It was so tough, but I felt really proud of myself for doing it and happy to have seen it through. I burnt 604cals too!! Which is always a bonus.
Came home, got showered and changed and then headed off to Nando's. Which was well earned!! Since I hadn't eaten anything all day, I decided to treat myself and have chips with my pitta instead of the salad I'd planned. It was totally delicious and felt like I really deserved it. We then went and played in the arcades for an hour or so and popped into Tesco for a few bits on the way home.
Currently enjoying a couple of Bud Lights with Warren whilst catching up on Ninja Warrior...bliss!! Happy Saturday all x
