Friday 5th June 2015 Feast Day
Morning diary, happy Friday!
I've got a busy day today. I'm in the office at the moment but heading over to Gateshead soon for some training. For that reason, I probably won't be very active today so I wanted to make sure I had chance to post my food diary. If anything changes I'll update accordingly!
This is how today is looking so far...
Breakfast: - Can of Monster Zero - Tesco "My Fit Lifestyle" Oat & Honey Flavoured Mini Cereal Bites
Lunch: - Mango, Melon & Apple Fingers - Can of Pepsi Max
Dinner: - M&S "Balanced For You" Chicken Jalfrezi with Tarka Dhal and Basmati Rice. Served with Green Beans and half of a Garlic & Coriander Naan Bread
Snacks / Other: - Graze Herby Bread Basket - Graze Lemon & Poppy Slice - 500ml Aldi Vive Lychee & Strawberry Twist - Half of a Cadbury Easter Egg Shell - Peanut M&M's

Lunch / Dinner: - 2 slices of Harvest Grain Farmhouse filled with Ham & Cheese - Roysters T-Bone Steak Crisps - White Twix Mini
Snacks / Other: - Bottle of Coke Zero - 500ml Aldi Vive Lychee & Strawberry Twist - 1 x Vodka Diet Coke - Bottle of Prosecco

Sunday 7th June 2015 Fast Day
A catch up on Sunday's Fast. It was a very hungover one after going out on Saturday night, but somehow I managed it!
Breakfast (73cals): - Lemon & Lime "Water in a Box" {3} - Double Chocolate Alpen Light bar {70}
Lunch (206cals): - Mango Relentless {10} - 6 x Aldi Baked Cheese Thins {138} - Slice of Ham {58}
Dinner (218cals): - Can of M&S "Count on Us" Red Thai Chicken Curry {184} served with a pouch of Slim Noodles {18} and Green Beans {16}
Total Calories: 497 / 500

Monday 8th June 2015 Feast Day
Morning diary - mega, mega happy to report a loss of 3.6lb this morning! That makes it 1st 8.2lb lost in the last 8 weeks of being back "on it". It also takes me back down into the 11's (11st 13.4lb), and I feel like the 10's are within distance again!! Feeling so, so happy on the diet / weight loss front at the moment.
Not so happy in other aspects of life, and have had a very stressful and quite unhappy weekend. It started last week really, when I posted on here that I was feeling down. But I'm just trying to roll with the punches! Don't really want to disclose anything on here, but I will say that I'm very proud of myself. Normally a situation like this would send me straight into binge mode! But I feel like my diet / what I put into my body is the one thing I am in control of at the moment, and I don't want to lose that. Everything else may be out of my control at the moment, but this is one thing that I can focus on and put my energy into. So I'm sticking with it!!
Anyway, enough rambling. This is how today's food is looking so far. Will update in due course...
Breakfast: - Monster Zero - Tesco Tropical Fruit Mix (Pineapple, Mango, Kiwi Fruit and Grapes)
Lunch: - Tesco Sweet Chilli Chicken Taster - 2 x Babybel Light - Sweet Chilli Baked Kettle Chips - Coke Zero
Dinner (KFC): - Toasted Twister Wrap - Corn on the Cob - Pepsi Max
Snacks / Other: - Honey & Nut Belvita with Chocolate Chips - Revels

It happen's to us all at some stage. Your doing great.
All you have to do is keep looking at the photo's of you in your holiday wear. I think I'll have to get a pair of those short's myself. You can see the difference between this year & last year. Your tummy look's sooo flat.

Tuesday 9th June 2015 Feast Day
Morning diary, happy Tuesday.
It's a gorgeous day today! I'm hoping the sunshine will stay out, as I think I'll go for a nice long walk after work. I'm struggling to sleep lately and I've just been tossing and turning and seeing all hours on the clock. Hoping a nice walk before tea, and then a relaxing bubble bath will do the trick and tire me out!
This is how today is looking...
Breakfast: - Monster Zero - Caramel Oat So Simple Porridge Pot
Lunch: - Tesco Veggie Taster - Tesco Sweet Chilli Chicken Taster - 2 x Babybel Light - Coke Zero
Dinner: - 4 x Tesco Finest Outdoor Bred Pork Chipolatas served with Mashed Potato, Baked Beans and Cheese
Snacks / Other: - 2 finger Kit Kat - White Twix Mini - Malteaser "Teasers" bar
Exercise: - Walk, 4.91miles. 287cals burnt

Wednesday 10th June 2015 Feast Day
Morning diary, happy hump day! Half way through the week already - that's what I like to see Looks like it's going to be another beautiful day today! What a shame I'm going to be stuck inside on a training course all day, boo!! I probably won't have much time to update my diary today, as I'm off to Newcastle on the training course and then when I get home I'm going round to see my friend Katie (hence why everything is a bit "grab and go"). Anyway, this is how today is looking...
