Hoping to make time to go for another tonight, as the weather is beautiful and I really want to make the most of it! Looking at my weather app, it's meant to turn again at the weekend. Thursday 11th June 2015 Fast Day
Morning diary, happy Thursday. Almost the weekend!!
And, as always, Thursday means a Fast day! The first one of the week for me. Think I'll probably have lunch and dinner today, and then have a snack / supper later on this evening with my remaining calories. But we shall see how it goes!
I've got to take my mam to pick up something she ordered after work, and then I'm hoping to fit another nice walk in before tea. It's another gorgeous day here, so it'd be a shame not to see any of the sunshine. Especially as I'm stuck in a stuffy office all day. We shall see what time I get done playing taxi lol, fingers crossed.
Anyway, this is how today is looking...
Breakfast (10cals): - Mango Relentless {10}
Lunch (2cals): - Pepsi Max {2}
Dinner (311cals): - Snack Stop Chilli Con Carne with Kidney Beans & Red Peppers {243}. Served with 10g Cheese {32}, a pouch of Slim Noodles {18} and Green Beans {18}
Snacks / Other: - TBC!
Total Calories: 323 / 500

Change of plan for tonight. Not going to go for a walk as I'm now on leave tomorrow - making the most of the sunshine!! I'm going to save my walk for tomorrow instead, and may go and do Hamsterley again

Here to sub as I'm thinking of switching to 5:2 after my holidays as I'm bored of slimming world and your food always looks so tasty. I'm hesitant as I didn't lose Much last time but if I'm honest I probably over ate on my feast days. Enjoy your day off tomorrow and I hope it's as lovely where you are as it has been here.

Monday 15th June 2015 Feast Day
Good morning diary, happy Monday.
I've had such a great weekend, but it's absolutely flown over! I decided on Friday that I would take the weekend "off" and have a little break from calorie counting / Fasting, and just let my hair down a bit. Some of you may have seen on IG, but I'm no longer with Warren. It's a long story, and not something I really want to go into, but I am okay with it.
Anyway, decided to have some fun at the weekend! Had some gorgeous weather on the Friday so my friend Katie and I went to the seaside. We had a play in the arcades and a bit of a walk in the sunshine. Pinched a few of Katie's chips and then we headed home and went to the beer garden to enjoy the rest of the sunshine. It was only meant to be a couple of afternoon drinks, but we ended up going home to get changed and coming back out on the night. I rolled home at 2.40am!! But it was so worth it lol. Haven't laughed or had so much fun in quite a while!
Saturday I was very, very hungover. I'd promised my mam to take her shopping to Middlesbrough for the day though, so off we went. I was pleased we did actually, as I got quite a few bits and bobs for my holiday (I'm still going, either with a friend or alone)! My mam bought most of them for me, bless her. A little treat I guess. I bought myself some Birkenstock sandals and a new bikini, and my mam bought me a new kaftan, lace crop-top and PJ's. Then we went out for some food and I had the most amazing panini from a little cafe we found. It was chicken, roasted red peppers, sundried tomatoes, pesto and mozzarella, and it came with wedges and salad. Couldn't eat it all, but it was to die for!! Came home and had a couple of bottles of lager and a Pic'n'Mix whilst watching "The Hobbit" which was on TV.
Then, yesterday we decided to go out for Sunday lunch. It's ages since I've had one, as I've been trying to avoid them and be good, so it really went down a treat!! My dad was away golfing for the weekend, so it was just my mam and I again. I had roast chicken which came with mashed potato, roast potato, stuffing, the most enormous Yorkshire pudding I've ever seen, and gravy. Then a side dish which we helped ourselves from, with mashed turnip, carrots, broccoli, red cabbage and cauliflower cheese. It was heavenly!! I felt like I couldn't move afterwards, but it was sooo good. Then called round to see my Nanna for a couple of hours on the way home, and had another chilled night with a few more bottles of lager, remaining Pic'n'Mix and lots of Breaking Bad.
The result of that lot... +3lb. BUT, I am honestly totally fine with that! It's one gain in 9 weeks, and I know that I can get that straight back off by this time next week! Besides, it was worth it. More than worth it in fact!
Straight back on the wagon today. Not much planned as of yet, I still need to sit down and write up a meal plan for the week, but I shall update accordingly...
Breakfast: - Monster Zero - Caramel Oat So Simple Porridge Pot
Lunch: - 2 x Tesco Veggie Sushi Tasters - 2 x Babybel Light - Coke Zero
Dinner: - M&S "Count on Us" Ham and Mushroom Pizza with extra Cheese - Salt & Vinegar Walkers - Coors Light
Snacks / Other: - Peanut Butter Love Cornetto - 2 x Creme Egg Biscuit

Glad you had a good weekend, sometimes you definitely need to have a blow out and let your hair down, life is too short to be good all the time! Your doing amazing, keep it up!
