....me too Janet - I'm struggling at the mo - hoping the warmer weather will help food/exercise wise and we'll get to the lower end of target v soon - I realise it's harder when you're on meds tho.

I blind weighed this week as was soooo naughty all week I knew if I saw gain I'd meltdown and blow out more but also if I didn't weigh I'd carry on. Consultant has kept my book so I can't see at all till next sat xxx

5lb loss for me so that proves that a few sessions of HiiT really does make a difference.

CurveAppeal - Target 10.25lbs (1lb lost- 9.25lbs to lose) Friday
Susie 58 - Target 12lbs (10lb lost - 2lb to lose) Friday
Upndown - Target - to stay within SW target range - out of target by half a pound - TUESDAY
Carrie - target 6.5lbs ( 3.5lbs lost - 2.5lbs gained 5lbs to lose ) SATURDAY
Darkchocolate - 2.5lbs lost (at top of target) - FRIDAY
Nanny Doreen - target from 14th March - 2 weighins 7lbs. Friday 24th next one

A great loss Susie - yes exercise helps - so why don't I do it consistently?? But I do find it easier to do with these sunnier, longer days

Well I was surprised to have lost a pound this week - so just crept back into target - but sitting at the top end!
