Cat - Target 5lbs (2.8lb lost - 2.2lb to lose) SATURDAY
Chardonnay - Target - To stay within my SW Target Range - THURSDAY
CurveAppeal - Target 10.25lbs (1lb lost- 9.25lbs to lose) Friday
Susie 58 - Target 12lbs (5lb lost - 7lb to lose) Friday
Upndown - Target - to stay within SW target range - out of target by half a pound - TUESDAY
Carrie - target 6.5lbs ( 3.5lbs lost - 2.5lbs gained 5lbs to lose ) SATURDAY
Darkchocolate - 2.5lbs lost (at top of target) - FRIDAY
Nanny Doreen - target from 14th March - 2 weighins 7lbs. Friday 24th next one

Well done Curve, that was a good loss.
I weighed on my home scales and would have been a maintain so I didn't weigh at group. I did go though because I wanted to get the new magazine.

Curve, with slimming world we are allowed 3lbs below or above our actual target weight. So in theory, 6lbs to play with!

It's true...but somehow when you get to the top half it's really hard to get back down again. I used to mostly be in the lower 3lbs but feel the steroids have really messed with me. Oh well...plod on!! lol.
