1/2lb of the gain gone.. up since 1.30am so has possibly caused a low loss..

Carrie - target 6.5lbs ( 1lbs lost - 5.5lbs to lose ) SATURDAY

Well I needed 2.5lbs to get back into my target range, this being my week of grace too!!
Weighed this morning at group and amazingly had a 3lbs loss!! Yeah ME!! I'm really happy about that result.

Hi ladies. Good to be back. Also lovely to see some losses.
I reckon I have put on around a stone whilst in New Zealand. My legs are swollen because of 24hrs of flying.
I am going to get weighed in the Tuesday morning in Haverhill then not again until Friday week.
I will let you know the damage tomorrow lunchtime.

Welcome back Doreen...I think flying can cause a lot of water retention so you'll need some time for that to settle.

Got weighed this morning and I think the water has gone pretty much. I put on 5.lbs which is pretty good for 4 weeks away. I am going to try and lose that for Friday 24th arch which is my next weigh day.
