Good luck with WIs to Janet, curveappeal (loving the name change btw Sounds like you've had tough time Janet - so it's understandable that you might be out of target - hope things improve v soon. I decided not to go to WI on Tues cos I cdn't face the scales after my hol - silly really - cos I've ended up messing about until today - will be going to class to face the music on Tuesday Name change?

Chardonnay - Target - To stay within my SW Target Range - THURSDAY
CurveAppeal - Target 10.25lbs (1 75lb Gain- 12lb to lose) Friday
Susie 58 - Target 12lbs (0lb lost - 12lb to lose) Friday
Upndown - Target - to stay within SW target range - 9:11.5 to 10:3.5 - TUESDAY
Carrie - target 6.5lbs ( 0lbs lost - 6.5lbs to lose ) SATURDAY
Darkchocolate - probably to get back to target range, will update - FRIDAY

Weighed at group with a 4.5lb gain. I need 2.5lb loss to get back to target so that will be my aim this month.

Well you've faced the music Janet and you're on meds so I think you've done well esp compared to me - who's avoided the scales this week after hols over-eating! I WILL go to class on Tues Good luck to you this month - I'm sure you'll hit your target!

Hope the meds do the trick soon so you can be done with them!
ANOTHER complete standstill for me. Meaning i burnt off the 2lb gain from weekend plus all the bad lunches involving alcohol while working....naughty!
Be so glad when we are done with the buying and selling....so much stress so too much bad eating
Wont copy list as not changed for me.
