Linda, sounds like 'damage limitation'!! well done. Thanks - expected but it's shaken me into action - had almost 4 consecutive days on plan now - for the first time in a while So hoping for my first loss in a few weeks on Tuesday! Hope your week is going well.

Well done Janet I hope the medication doesn't have any adverse side effects - Doreen celebrate each loss I say!! Think I may have said this b4 but will repeat - one of the girls on Minis used to say a half pound was equivalent of a block of lard coming off some part of our body and who wdn't welcome that! Certainly me at the mo!! xx

Linda, I don't usually have big chunks like 2lb off but I have worked at it for sure. Wow...4 blocks of lard...thank you!! I only finished a short course of steroids a couple of weeks ago but didn't seem to have any side effects so am hopeful for this long stint.
