Bev - glad you're back home and drawn the line - hope today goes well
Lisa - good to see you here and good luck to you on your mission!
I managed a SW - SP - eating mostly low cal fruit & veg and protein basically - need to stop messing about and get lower into my target range to give me some leeway for treat days/hols! xx

I can safely report 5 days off plan Back on it today methinks. Hope everyone else is ok. Where are you all? ? Not to worry Bev, it's been an upsetting time I am sure, and hectic too with the travelling. You will soon be back on it and doing well. I have been off plan as well & put too much weight back on. I'm starting again now too. x

My day has been good. I have not cheated with anything bad. I didn't do as much exercise as I should have done but I'm starting slowly and expect to be up to speed with that by this time next week. This is such a boring way to have to live, not eating all the main things you want and having to exercise. Boo to it all, a necessary evil

Ah Suzy - so frustrating to sts - go for it next week! Lisa - no need to have boring food to lose weight - in fact I'd go as far to say if we're not happy with what we're eating - it'll be even harder to stick to the plan have you ever looked at the lovely recipes on Kathy's thread I wonder? Here's the link if you fancy a peep: foodfighters.boards.net/thread/190/delicious-meals-minimum-ingredients-less?page=45I've used lots of them and many have become a regulars in my house!
