Pfft to the gain - as I said on your fred - ยฝ lb is nowt. It's just a stuck poop . There will be some water gain from the gym - although unlikely to me muscle gain after just a couple of weeks - and the water will go the more you get used to doing the exercises. Your body shape will start to change - but you may not lose big amounts of weight. So getthe tape measure out and start measuring as well.

14 hour shift again yesterday. Got to bed at 11.45. Had 3 syns left. Up and on way back into the office. Going to 100% again today xx
