This is not a weigh loss challenge, it's a challenge to stick to your chosen diet plan as strictly as you can. All diet plans welcome.
I'm not starting yet but put this up as a few people are back from their hols raring to go.
Stick to your plan all day and you will be awarded a Sprout, at the end of the challenge we can throw them all at Steve.

Let's make it a double - Bingo Wing Challenge and sticking to plan all starting on 1st September. Heaven knows, I need to do it as my food has not exactly been diet friendly for the last few weeks. Starting on 1st will be a challenge in itself as we friends staying for 5 days from Monday.

Well I will be sticking to a Mediterranean/Italian type of diet for 3 weeks in September. Does this still count?. I suppose what I could do is limit the amount of carbs and do my best to stick to that .
Problem is I wont be able to weigh stuff on hols so not sure how to approach it really. An ideas ? x

An ideas ? x Yes have a healthy eating on holiday plan Susie! So you don't go too crazy. Maybe stick to 3 meals a day of sensible sizes with plenty of fruit and veg and only one glass of wine and a small dessert or something most days then have a couple of off plan days when you can have what you want.

Thanks Lilac for setting up this flexible challenge Good luck to us all! I'm aiming to lose what I gained on hols but not been to SW class yet so don't know the extent of the damage other than I can't get into my jeans! I'm away for a few days from today so that'll be a challenge in itself but I have packed some fruit, water etc xx

I don't want to put anyone off by calling it Strictly come dieting. I haven't really got on well today. I was too indecisive about what to do. I did decide to go back on Exante from about the 10th of Sept. That's the weekend after I go back to work. I have just done a big order so I will have enough for a month.

I thought the way u've described the challenge has been pretty laid back - choose what we want to do as strict or chilled as we like! Good luck with Exante - I don't know how u girls do that!
My day 3 has gone pretty well considering it's our wedding anniversary, we've been in the car for nearly 4 hours and had a meal out! Xx

I didn't really want to go back on Exante again but I think I will have another month on it to get rid of the weight I have regained. That gives me time to make a good plan for coming off it and on to a maintenance diet. I messed up a bit this time so I will need to make a better plan.
