Chardonnay: Target 4lbs - Lost 1.5lbs - 2.5lbs to go (THURSDAY)
Be11e1280: Target 6lbs - Lost 0lbs - 6lbs to go (TUESDAY)
Digglesmum: Target 5lbs - lost 2lbs - 3lbs to go (WEDNESDAY)
Chubby Legs : Target 5lbs - lost 1lb - 4lbs to go. (FRIDAY)

1.8lb gain this week for me, no surprise after easter choc, naughty nibbles and pizza deliveries. Surprised it wasn't more actually.
Back on it 100% next week for sure. Hopefully lose that plus a little more. With the pre-holiday gain I have 6.6lb to lose to get back to where I was. Fingers crossed I will be back there by end of April.

I'm skipping this month's challenge..... on meds that have wiped out my appetite so seeing ridiculous losses that will go straight back on when I'm eating properly so not a fair reflection of how I'm doing!
I would have set a goal of 5lbs but lost 9.4 last week alone which is just crazy!!!!
As soon as I'm back to normal I'll reevaluate ready for may!

Hehe, well no point beating myself about it as what's done is done Plus I enjoyed it at the time. Being good today though, stuck to my JP plan and even took a walk lunchtime round the local houses and burnt 200cals

Half pound gain for me this week - a bit disappointing but I was on my hols last week! Will try hard to get that off and more this week - good luck to everyone else too!
