Hey all, I'm back again, very fed up with myself for not sticking to my daily exercise. I'm setting myself a six week challenge and that means that I have to exercise every day for at least 30 minutes, only allowing myself one day off a week if I need it. What do you all think should be my weight loss goal for April? I am thinking of going tentative also and doing a 5lbs goal so it's not too unachievable. Any advice would be appreciated but please add me in for 5lbs goal, I've returned to the forum for support and inspiration!

You can always change it if you want at a later date.If you find you are doing really well you can always put it up. We don`t all manage our target (especially me). It is something to help encourage us to stay on plan. Don`t be disheartened if you don`t manage itl. You can only do your best even if it is not quite what you wanted. I reckon with a four week challenge 5lbs is a good target. Good luck with your 6 days of exercise.

Thank you very much for all your words of encouragement Doreen, I really have to try hard this time as its getting ridiculous on my part now, all this stopping and starting...if I manage the 5lbs I'll change it but I think that is a good goal for 4 weeks

Allo, will be starting this challenge on Monday. Currently sat on the Eurostar France side on way home from Disneyland where I ate a LOT of naughty food hehe so will be getting the start weight for this month tomorrow morning. Dread to see where I will be starting from hehe.

Hi Cat, don't feel too guilty about enjoying your food on holiday, I know I wouldn't! As long as you get back on track on Monday you'll be fine. I've set myself a six week challenge and started today, I'm hoping to be less tubby by the end of it, lol x
