No weigh in last week due to ill grandson. This week stayed the same. Now need to lose 1.1/2 for my target. I CAN DO IT.

Was a bit naughty this week thanks to the totm hormones wanting choc. Shared an easter egg with hubby two days before weighing...not the smartest move.
So only 0.4lb off this week but at least that cancelled out the 0.4lb I gained last week hehe

Good week for me with a 5.5lb loss. Only 1/2lb to go to achieve my target - will be really nice to hit a target - it's been a while!

March is a total write off for me as been ill then carb loaded yesterday as was really weak so didn't go near the scales this morning! Now on holiday until the 5th of April so will have a restart then and come up with a plan. .... will join the April party but will be fashionably late! !!!!
