0.8lbs on for me this week. .... been back in the gym though so suspect it has more to do with water retention and will hopefully disappear next week!

Well done on losses so far.
I will not be holding my breath for this month. Had a huge 3 course meal at an Italian Weds which by a sneak scale peek has cancelled out any loss as far as I can tell. DOH!
End of month I am stuffed as well as we go to Disneyland Paris on 29th and are all inclusive so lots of naughty food. Fingers crossed all the walking cancels some of the potential gain out.
April will hopefully be a good month again as we are back on 2nd and so will be back onto it from Monday 4th

I lost 3.1/2 lbs this week. I put on 2.1/2 last week so am doubly pleased to got rd of that and another pound. I know that nearly puts me at target for this month and am sure I can do some moreso I am going to add another pound for target. May change it later
