I'm in, only 4 weigh-in's for March for me and I have a feeling a slightly naughty weekend has buggered up chance of a loss this week (hubby had man-flu so fish and chips plus choc...doh!)

Five weigh ins for me, and I need to lose 4.5lbs to get back into Target range, so, going to set my challenge target at 5lb....

Right, so I've been off plan for about two weeks as I've been in and out of hospital with a suspected lung infection, but, not to go in to too much detail and bore you - I haven't weighed in all that time.
