Hi, I'm coming the the end of day 3, have posted my boring info in intros, just saying hi to all the S and Sers over here too. Today I've conquered a kids party with all of my favourite foods, really hard but feel so smug now  Oh and just to share- I may be teaching people to suck eggs, but I've discovered the twinings salted caramel green tea which is unlimited on the drinks list - soooo nice. I literally can't believe how much I'm loving the plan-just hope I see some results on Tuesday. How is everyone else finding it? X |

Good morning I hope the first few days have gone well for you so far  Well done for conquering the party! That's fantastic, you should be very proud of yourself! I'm glad you are enjoying that tea, have you also tried the Buttermilk or Fudge Melts as i've heard they are really tasty to! I am so glad to hear you are enjoying being on the plan, that's wonderful! Let us know how you get on on Tuesday x |

Well 1st week weigh in *drumroll* 8lbs -woohoo I'm thrilled but can't help wishing it'd have been more (I know I'm being ridiculous) I'm down in to the 'stone below' which is a great motivator. I've done Simplicity 100% and I suppose the fact that I've had my first TOTM in 3 years may have slowed things down a touch. I can see a difference already, I have not got one bad word to say about the plan so far either. The veg and milk allowance is making things far easier to cope with as well. Well done! What a cracking start for you. Unfortunately, you can hold onto a little more water during TOTM  and it you can also be a little more fertile whilst losing weight, so do take extra precautions as we have had quite a few surprise babies from members when on plan. It`s great to hear that you can see the difference in yourself and keep up the great work! Here`s to week 2 |

Hi all, sorry I've not been around-thanks so much for your kind words.
Well, just been for weigh in, another 6lbs off -woohoo
So that's: 8lbs
4lbs
6lbs
Total of 18lbs since my start date.
I've been 100% and even had my baby in hospital this week and not strayed so this was a real pat on the back.
I was nearly in tears though -last week I was ?' 7, and I didn't read the ticket properly and thought I'd gone back up to ?' 11 ? When it was really ?' 1. Idiot. I was going to bin the slip too, luckily I got back to the car and read it properly.
Starting to see a real difference now, and feeling much better too.
I have had a couple of hungry days but in hindsight, my water consumption could have been better those days. I'm thrilled, nearly halfway there, onwards and downwards x

Well done on your loss Tubs, you must of been over the moon when you saw that great result and I hope this has given you the motivation to continue working just as hard as you are now because it is certainly paying off, so make sure you give yourself a well deserved pat on the back. Congratulations also for achieving over your first stones loss! You may start to feel now that your clothes are becoming a little more loose and you may even want to start putting extra notches on your belt if you keep going at this rate! Have you tried the Zero Noodles before? These can certainly help to keep your hunger down. They are absolutely fine to have whilst on plan and you can really eat as much as you like because they contain hardly any calories and carbs. These are designed to make you feel much more fuller for longer, so try them if you haven't. You can purchase these usually either online or from Holland & Barretts. Hoping you have a successful weekend ahead, let us know how it goes. |

Still battling on - another 3lbs yesterday, especially thrilled after such a big loss last week too, down in the 'stone below' AGAIN Still loving all of the meals, and found loads more veg I can have by actually looking at the meal planner Have a great week everyone |

Good morning Tubs, Well done for losing 3lbs that is fantastic! and I'm so happy to hear you've moved down a stone bracket, that is wonderful It's great that you've been using the Meal Planner and found some new veggies to have. The butternut squash is lovely roasted or if you mash it with some swede and carrot! I hope you enjoy the rest of your week Have you got any plans for this weekend? x |

Another 3lbs 4 more and I'm down by 2 stones-so thrilled! Slim noodles and half an oxo have saved the day a couple of times for the mid afternoon crash. Would absolutely LOVE another stone before Christmas but probably a bit over ambitious.... Have a great week everyone x |

Hey Tubs - your doing amazing! How do you find slim noodles? I was put off trying them after a few people told me they were like eating rubber... but I'm thinking maybe I should be brave and give them a go. Its 34 days still before Christmas so you could definitely maybe squeeze in another stone before then! |
