Hey Tubs - your doing amazing! How do you find slim noodles? I was put off trying them after a few people told me they were like eating rubber... but I'm thinking maybe I should be brave and give them a go. Its 34 days still before Christmas so you could definitely maybe squeeze in another stone before then! Hi Phoenix, thanks so much how's your journey going on? Are you S and S too? Right, slim noodles: The trick is to not smell them as you open them! Haha Open them, throw them in a sieve and rinse them in hot tap water thoroughly. I also cut them up as I'm rinsing them, they are quite rubbery so you can feel a bit like you're choking if you have long pieces in your throat. (Really selling this aren't I!!) the rice is great with half an oxo as an after work snack if you don't want your tea then, I was even thinking of tweaking and trying to make a rice pudding with a vanilla meal pack too but not been brave enough yet. The pasta ones, I throw them in the pasta meal packs and microwave for s minute as they tend to absorb done of the flavour then. Don't get me wrong-it's not Casa Italia standard but certainly gives you more options X

I'm a S&Ser too, have been on the plan a while (around 6 months) and hope Mondays weigh-in to hit 7 stone lost *crosses everything*.....but since I avoid facebook at all costs wanted to find some support. I'm lucky I have a friend on plan too (who I'm forcing to join here too)... though its certainly took our friendship to a whole new level with some of the tmi conversations. Might have to try the rice, though really not selling me on the noodles. I think the same can be said for some of the meal-packs though.... at least for me... they might taste a whole lot better if I didn't have to smell them first...

Hi Tubs and everyone
I'm the one that she forced to join (although I do go on FB and the SnS group on there is great!). I'm not a fan of the rice or noodles or anything like that as I find them the same teture as eating elastic bands!

Hey Donna! How did you get on this week? I didn't hit my 7 stone.... 0.2lbs away - grrr! Still can't complain with a 3lb loss. Next week! Weird thing was as I was waking up I kept dreaming I was weighing myself since its my butt-naked first thing Monday morning ritual... I could have sworn I did it at least 4 times, but nopes.. still in bed!

I don't think I have ever heard of sleep-weighing before! I hope that you keep getting some great results and I wish you the very best of luck on plan for this week! x

Hey Pheonix!
Seems weird seeing your losses on here and not on skype like usual. I've dreamt of sleep weighing before and of my scales being broken!

Its weird you calling me phoenix too And thanks Katrina. It just means another goal to look forward to smashing next week! And..... Well out of all the bathroom related dreams that's probably the best one. I'm still traumatized by the time I had the 'going to the toilet' dream and the erm.. the result of it - and I was only 4 or 5 at the time!

Thanks Katrina! Not such a lovely week... but I've just had a new order in with some bars and made an accidental purchase of a vibration trainer that I'm quite exited about. Hi Dietninja! I think *covers the staffs ears* most VLCD's are pretty similar to each other so of course your welcome! Though... I think I may have just taken over tub's thread >.<

Hi diet ninja - are you tonking the water down like there's no tomorrow? I find it helps get me into ketosis a bit quicker and halts that awful tired feeling. The water flavourings are absolutely amazing - they've made all the difference to me x
