Feeling positive this morning. Up, dog walked, 1/2 litre water down! Plan for today is 3 packs (vanilla shake, bar, sweet & sour noodles) and chicken with green veg for tea. Let's go get em! Now will get the right comment to reply to! Like all those products, the noodles are nice, which bar do you have? Have a great day x

All diets are tough but VLCDs are the most challenging. Give it your best at any given day/time. So long as you don't quit you'll succeed in the end. Good luck! xx

You are so right serial! I've been reading your diary, and you are right, if you don't let little blips become big blips but treat each day anew, success will follow!

Hi meme & lilac penguin, I'm doing great! I actually feel really good but I'm not really following the diet, I'm just sort of calorie counting with packs! But as long as I'm off the junk and losing weight, I don't really care! Maybe that's wrong of me and I'm sure I'd be shot by TFR nazis but I'm actually feeling happy and in control and taking it day by day so I'm going to carry on

I think I'm going to do something similar tomorrow, low cals and hopefully a bit lower carb, and then try and do a day of TFR on Sat. It may turn into a fast day or it may turn into the start of vlcd proper. Who knows? Going to see how my first weigh in goes and where my mood takes me!

Despite not sticking exactly to plan your calorie intake doesn't look too bad and you're eating pretty good food, so I'd be proud of that. Good luck for tomorrow!

I think if something works for you then keep doing it. I think life and dieting are all about finding your own path. Keep going xxxx

If you are adding in food it is more like Exante working solution. Good if you are doing a lot of exercise too. I am doing more like TS+ as I usually add a small amount of food each day. I don't count calories, just have as little as possible. I try to stay low carb too. If you have a lot of weight to lose you have to be able to stick to plan long term.
