Urghhhhh
But onwards and downwards now.
Target weight: 9.12
3 stone to lose.

Day 2 is underway! I slept horribly (worked late so my mind was buzzing, then woken up twice by the dog) and then up at 6.15 for the dog walk...urghh.

7.15am soya latte with sf vanilla syrup (naughty but v nice!)
1pm lentil daal pack
4pm Exante jam & yoghurt bar, soya latte with sf vanilla syrup (got to cut down on these!)
7.15pm chicken tikka mini breast fillets & broccoli,
Cals: 962 Carbs: 63g
A bit over today but I'm pleased I got through it.

Sounds like it's going really well for you Magic, that's brilliant. As you'll know from before today in to tomorrow wil start to get tougher but once you hit ketosis you'll be laughing. Keep going!

Thank you. Today wasn't too bad, had a horrible sore throat for parts and got v hungry at 7pm. Some friends went to Costa and I just didn't fancy black coffee so I had a second soya latte which took me to 960 cals / 63g carbs. I'm not going to cry over that, especially as I will hit over 18000 steps today.

Oh bottoms. I found a packet of choc digestives. Managed to stop after 4, but still 4 too many. I'll take the rest into work and give them away, but stats for today now:
Cals 1340 / carbs 109g Steps 17800
Not great for a vlcd, but quite good for a calorie counting day!!!

Don't let it derail you Magic, just carry on you'll soon be in ketosis which should make you less hungry. It's not forced to break the habit of eating something you like just because it's there, if you're anything like me!

Hi Magic, I'm starting tomorrow. I've always found the first few days quite challenging, so congrats for staying strong...Just think you had the opportunity to eat more than 4 choc digestives and you didn't Good luck for tomorrow!

Feeling positive this morning. Up, dog walked, 1/2 litre water down!
Plan for today is 3 packs (vanilla shake, bar, sweet & sour noodles) and chicken with green veg for tea. Let's go get em!
