Sorry to hear of your struggles Lily - I'm sure you know all this but ... can you set yourself a mini target of some sort to motivate you? I don't mean a final overall end weight but some sort of goal that will keep you on track. It's only day 5 for me and I stupidly tortured myself by going to a shopping centre with loads of lovely food smells but what will keep me on track is the determination to be fit and feeling fabulous when my redundancy kicks in at the end of August.

I have just made a similar post to yours on my diary. I started out great and lost the plot and to make matters worse, we have so much on that involves food. We are in London this weekend and going away with my sister and her husband next weekend, then on holiday so I know that there's no point whatsoever of trying packs. I am really scared to go on the scales, but thinking if I can tread water for a few weeks.
Hope at least that you are not working too hard. x

I signed up to WW Online in the end, and so far it's all going surprisingly well! I know it'll be slower, but the 7 steps forward and 5 steps back nature of VLCDs wasn't proving to be fast for me! I have a diary in the Members diary section called "Bye Bye Blubber" - hopefully see you there soon. Don't worry too much about the scales - it only makes things worse. Enjoy your breaks!
