Welcome to Day 2. I've got some odd pains in my lower tummy but otherwise I'm fine. Just thought it might be interesting to keep a daily record of progress. So without further ado, here are the results so far: Day 1 - 15st 13lbs Day 2 - 15st 10lbs - loss of 3lbs! (And incidentally, back to my lowest weight in 2 years!)

Ian't it great when you see the scales go down so quickly - well done you. I will be joining you tomorrow (still some pink left in the fridge and it would kill me to leave it there) White and Red no problem, but the pink whispers to me Go luck for the next 28

I'm not going to lie, it's been tough this evening. Really wanted to eat the ham in the fridge but I resisted. I s'pose it's at least partly an emotional need to eat, as I'm back to work tomorrow and that brings a whole new set of challenges this week.
Plus I'm really achey. We went for a walk this morning, which is good, but now my hips and back are killing me. Bah.
Roll on day 3...
