Day 3 - 15st 9lbs - loss of 1lb Total loss in 30 day challenge - 4lbs Day 4 - 15st 8lbs - loss of 1lb Total loss in 30 day challenge - 5lbs Day 5 - 15st 7lbs - loss of 1lb Total loss in 30 day challenge - 6lbs Day 6 - 15st 7lbs - no loss. Total loss in 30 day challenge - 6lbs Day 7 - 15st 7lbs - no loss. Total loss in 30 day challenge - 6lbs Had another Man Plan day today, this time using 4 shakes.

Total loss in 30 day challenge - 6lbs Yes, 6lbs in a week which, as it wasn't a full-blown VLCD week 1, isn't too shabby. I'll keep plodding on! It does mean that I've lost a stone and 9lbs since 16 March (and there have been times when I've gained back and re-lost some of those pounds during that period!). It'll do for now. I'm at my lowest weight in 18m, so that's something.

Lily I ve done exactly the same except I haven't weighed as if I saw a gain that would be game over for me so I climbed back on the wagon and will weigh Friday and will now slink back to my exante diary x the fact that you are here and still going means we will do this slowly but surely x x

I probably don't need to tell you it all went t*ts up. I have plenty of excuses but none of them really excuse me for not using common sense and staying on plan!
I'm sure I will find my way back but I'm not sure how long it will take!
