Good luck getting back on it scanbran, you can do it! A stone in 5 weeks is very doable. Good luck with it, its hard getting back on it again but you will soon be used to it again x Good luck getting back on it. I struggled too to restart but once the magical switch comes on then you are okay. It's just waiting for that switch on. Grrr! Good luck with getting back on it.! Thanks for all the encouragement!  I did eat food again this weekend, although there were extenuating circumstances  , but I'm back on again today and still motivated. It's a good feeling when you're focused  |
