This is a brilliant thread - so cheery! Mine is that my right knee is no longer constantly painful, only when I overdo it. I'm hoping that I'll have many more.

Good idea for a thread! Mine was this morning, I could pull my trousers down without undoing them.. yay lol! But my best NSV to date is not needing a seat belt extender on the plane. I'm still mega chuffed with that.

Just had another! Had a late dinner and then thought I could have a bag of pork scratchings, but then said to myself 'nope, I don't want anything to eat'. That has literally never happened before.

Well done Fiona! I just had a great NSV... Got into size 20 trousers. I started off at a 32 so I'm VERY happy lol. I didn't buy them because they were too short for me though lol.

I love this thread Jayde! How have I never noticed it before? I'm just sharing my NSV for the day - I can now manage to exercise/walk for a long period of time and then check my heart rate when I come home and sit down, and it's not taking half as long to get back down to a decent BPM rate. Also, my resting heart rate is now less than 65bpm which is surprisingly good for somebody of my weight it's the little things that count! Oh, and last but not least - the pair of trousers I ordered for work that they sent me the wrong size in and I thought I'd hold on to until I could fit to give me some determination? They are only about an inch from doing up and feeling comfortable

Excellent these are the things which keep us going on that long journey! I am happy to report my knee is not hurting like it was when I go upstairs compared to a few months ago so I must be doing OK.
