Figured I should create a diary to keep me on track, lol.
My name's Symone, I'm 24 and I live in Kent.
OH (Sid or hairy monkey man!) also does SW with me, and he has currently lost 1 stone 1 lb whilst on SW (He did get his 1.5st award but he had a nasty holiday gain last WI) but in total he has lost 4 stone. (I cook, he eats. Lol.)
We just got back from our holiday and I had a surprisingly nice gain of only 3.5lbs (I expected it to be at least half a stone with how much chocolate I ate, lol! but then again Sid must have taken my extra calories because he had a 7.5lb gain. He laughed!)
So I'm back on plan today, and I need to log everything to make sure I stay on plan!
I'll be posting holiday pictures soon for friends that followed my old diary on Mini's.. Cheese and chocolate factory photos will be coming!
This diary will hopefully be updated with a log of food daily, plus photos of food when I remember to take them. I may forget a day or two when I am busy though.. But hopefully I won't forget much!
Start weight : 25 stone 12 lbs
Current weight : 18 stone 8 lbs
Goal weight : Honestly not too sure as I'm worried about excess skin, but I'm thinking about 11st 12 lbs.
So yeah, I want to lose at least another 5 stone minimum. Ideally another 7-9 stone though. (Depending on my body. I've never been a healthy weight since I was about 9 years old so I have no idea what my bodies ideal weight is! I have noticed I have very big hips bone wise though lol!)
Goal : 9 stone award (1 stone 10 lbs to go) ideally would like this by my birthday but I won't get upset if I don't make this (2 months to go)
Here are my beginner photos - Never going back!! (Plus a third that I think shows off my beginning shape better despite having lost a stone by this point. Please ignore the mess.)
And here are current photos (Well, 3 weeks ago. I had just got out of the shower so please forgive my hair haha. )
