Thought we could have a place to share our own NSVs...there must be some coming! I know from experience our NSVs can be more and different to those with less to lose, so lets here them and get motivated!! I know I cannot wait to fit into a restaurant booth for example without feeling jammed in!! Tell us what you have achieved so far...the scales only tell part of the story!

I realised the other day that my knees no longer hurt when I walk upstairs. I also discovered that I have knee caps emerging from the blubber lol

My NSV is that even though I still have around 9st to shift I feel so much less like a blob. I can't really explain it, just like my blubber is starting to have shape. Does that make sense? Haha

Makes perfect sense Kate. I seem to be moving better too, can't explain it but feel light on my feet, even though I am really not lol!

Some of my NSV are
- Being able to sleep on my stomach again
- Being able to lay down in the bath (and not being like a human dam)
- Being able to crouch down and get myself back up again
- Being able to cross my legs
- Collar bones again
There are loads really, but these are my favs
