An hour spent at the gym today - 30 mins cardio and then 30 mins core work, got PT tomorrow morning and I know she is going to put me through my paces!

I rode my bike for 30 miles - 2hrs 40 mins so averaged 11 and a bit mph. There was well over 1000 feet of hill climbing involved so I'm shattered now. I walked the dogs for an hour today too. My fitbit says that I have done 20,000 steps/revolutions so happy with that.

Went for a walk with my daughter last night so got my 10000 steps in no bother. x

This morning I did an hour of Powerhoop wearing weighted gloves so was lifting 6kg which is almost a stone! I am having a drink and then going out for a walk with hubby. x

Yesterday I walked home from slimming world which was about 45 minutes plus walked home and to work. which was an hour round trip. So an hour and 45minutes! Which is pretty good!
