All my usual gym classes this week, with an extra half hour of GroupGroove on Wednesday.
Below target on steps on Monday, and missed by just 3 steps on Thursday (I didn't realise and had fallen asleep watching tv- must find something more interesting to watch). Hopefully have made up for that today - almost 15,000 and still plenty of time left.
I have a wii fit and balance board, I was doing steps on that last week, but it didn't register on my fitbit. When I got the fitbit my Saturday morning gym classes plus walks were registering 15 to 18 activity points on my weight watchers app, but since fitbit and the iPad both had updates they are only registering as 7 or 8. I'm not particularly bothered as I never have used the activity points anyway, and the steps count has remained similar before and after the update. It's just a puzzle.

usual two 30 mins sessions on the hula hoop, and a brisk 3k walk on the treaddmill..... love having the ability to do both of these in front of the TV lol!

Sounds good to me. I hoop when Wimbledon is on as that is really about the only time I watch TV. I watch Biggest Looser USA but I am usually too busy sitting on my behind when that is on. I don't know why that program should give me the munchies but it always does! x

Today's exercise was Zumba. At one point the whole class were facing the back while I was facing the front! The instructor just smiled and shook his head!

Add 5.5 mile walk to my exercise total. 13500 steps, really pleased with that.

Did 1 hour last night - cardio and upper body and this morning did one hour with PT worked on legs.
My whole body hurts now so gonna relax until friday

Monday is a quiet day - no gym, so I don't get many steps in. Tuesday is circuits and this week we were just going round doing abs and legs exercises so plenty of work on those but not many steps. Tonight is body blast normally, but tonight we are probably doing some bums and tums. I will be having a walk during my lunch break so I should get a few more steps today.

Boxfit Express class this morning 7-7:30am, killer but i love it! 3rd class this week, rest day tomorrow as its SW meeting, then resistance training Friday morning
