Piloxing last night, the class was busier than other gym classes earlier this week, but still fewer people than normal. It was cooler outside after the class though because of the rain. The classes on Tuesday and Wednesday were in the older gym sports hall, which doesn't have air con, we had the doors open but it didn't help much. Thursday, Saturday and Sunday I'm at a different gym which does have air con in the dance studio that we use. It has been too hot to be out walking at lunchtimes this week, my total step count is way down so far.
I'm looking at yoga mats so I can do some of the abs exercises in my own time,plus a reusable water bottle to save keep buying bottled water. In an effort to drink more water I have been trying fruit infusions, some have been ok, but I've not hit on a really good combination as yet (unless it is just me making it incorrectly)

Got up at 5AM and went for a 4 mile run. Really enjoyed it

Gonna try and do 3.5km run today in the gym and then some additional leg work with weights - lunges, deep squats, and all that jazz

I have to walk 2.5 miles this morning so thats my exercise today

Today I walk down to the gym, two classes (Group Kick and Zumba) then walk to visit mum, then walk home. Saturday is usually my best day registered on the fitbit.

10 km on the bike in the gym took about 30 mins used 310 calories. That is just over 6 miles.

Spinning this morning.. 45 mins sweating ., 45 mins stretches and upper body gym machines

10km on the bike took 28 mins today so a good bit faster. Then did 15 mins on the treadmill used 425 calories and was pretty sweaty by the end average heart rate was 155 which is my maximum heart rate so quite pleased with that. tomorrow will be Zumba. x

I love yoga but because of my hearing impairment I cannot hear the leader over the soft background music. Hearing aids tend to magnify background noise. x

I did 1 hour today in the gym using the new app my OH got for me, I've finished my PT sessions and it's fab! Tracks all your reps and sets and gives different exercise plans! It's free and it's called Bodyspace if anyone wants to use it! Way cheaper than a PT I can tell ya!!

I was in the gym and on the bike then the treadmill did about an hour but was very tired. Then did loads of walking visiting my mum in hospital. Why are hospital corridors so long!
