Only walked for 3 miles. That was the second walk of the day but I forgot to put on my Fitbit so only 7000 steps recorded but I reckon I have done at least my 10000 today.

I went for a run this morning. Did 2.6 miles. About to mow the lawn too (I know its not actual exercise, but it is some form of activity)

I can hardly put one foot in front of the other today as I am so exhausted for no good reason. Steps have only been 7000 today and not likely to get much higher!

Two gym classes yesterday and plenty of walking. Over 16,000 steps for the day. Today is dog walking day and a yoga/Pilates class. I'm sure the dog will be tired as she was taken on a long walk yesterday whilst I was at the gym, and she has been running around today being chased by the visitors puppy.

Just come back from the gym. Did 20 minutes speed intervals on the treadmill then 9 minutes on the rowing machine. I planned to do 5 minutes then as I was messing about with it I found games so played a fish game that took 4 minutes (it didn't feel like exercise) I would have stayed longer, but I wanted to get back for my lunch.

Did 1hr at PT this morning.
We did hurricane - basically sprinting and then weights then sprinting repeat!!

That hurricane sounds like fun. I might consider thinking about PT sessions on a Sunday.
Rest day today, but have booked a class for tomorrow night at the gym.
