Actual positives along with negatives today hehe
1: Replaced breakfast with a shake 2: Drank 2 litres of water (Sparkling with sweetner and exante drinks mix 3: Didnt completely go wild the rest of the day food wise

1. I lost 6lbs this week making 18lbs in 2 weeks 2. It's already Wednesday tomorrow! 3. Penny Dreadful is on tonight - I'm hooked!

My 3 positives are :- 1:- actually making my first step to stop being such a hermit and travelled to my sisters 2:- stuck to plan whilst away ( unheard of for me ) 3:- sun is shining and going to Brighton :-) X

I've been struggling with positives today because I'm trying to enjoy my weekend off but next door have been hammering and drilling and crashing about since 9am!
Anyway, here they are:
1. We got the authorisation to proceed from Help To Buy Wales so that's everything sorted for buying our new house - it's happening! 2. I've managed to stay off the scales since WI on Tuesday so I'll get a nice surprise this Tuesday. 3. My hubby only has two more night shifts and then he gets a week off - we've been passing ships all week!

Positives: (Sat 13th) 1. Bought 5.5% alcohol to take to a dinner party, couldn't tell the difference and neither could my friend!! (16.5 syns for the bottle!) 2. Ate really healthily at the dinner party 3. My parents complimented me when I had coffee with them yesterday morning and said I looked lovely which was nice Weigh in tomorrow... Eek! My three positives:
1) got a new laptop that I really love. My 2009 laptop was overdue for replacement and I can't chance a computer failure this summer while traveling with students. I was dragging my heels due to the expense. So imagine my delight when my $100 gift certificate (five 20s, I thought) turned out to be FIVE $100 gift certificates! I think the bank that gave them to me two years ago might have made a mistake, but who knows? Pennies from heaven. 2) since my lapse last Monday, I've stayed on my Lipotrim TFR for a full week, no cheats. 3) I am just so, so happy to be losing this weight!!

My 3 positives for today :- 1:- Although I blipped on sat and sun am back on plan and hopeful the damage is not too bad normally I wouldn't off carried on 2:- back at work today after a week off but feel ok about it 3:- reading the threads on this forum keep me positive and encourage me to carry on X

1. Back in my dress from mid may (size 14) and its so much looser! 2. Made a massive Greek Salad to take to a bbq I'm off to this afternoon. 3. Perfectly on plan since Wednesday- hoping for a maintain after London!
