I'm struggling to find positives to be fair. Other than kids are healthy/food on the table type things. 1) we have a mortgage in principle. 2) erm........erm.....bugger! This is hard!! I tried the no carb rice from Holland and Barrett and actually enjoyed it. 3) I got all the after school kids sports out the way before the shocking weather set in. Phew I managed it lol re the slim rice stuff - I like it too! And also the konjac noodles but I cut them into shorter lengths before adding to anything. As for the pasta, I suppose that's o.k. if you like the thought of eating slippery white slugs... I did read somewhere that these products are more palatable with eastern type dishes rather than Italian, though

Woodmouse, I have brought the pasta but not tried it yet, I must say I'm quite excited to try it now lol slugs sound so appealing!
I just tell myself that the worse something tastes the better it is for me, that usually means I can stomach most things..
WOW mere that was a bargain, where did you get the gym clothes from?

I am lurking from the Lipotrim thread which is dead quiet. (Is that because everyone except me knows that Exante is way better? This thread is way better too.)
1. Despite being keto-cranky, I didn't hurt anyone today. (But my vocabulary took a plunge for sure.)
2. I didn't eat the mouth-watering meal (won't name it because you'll want it too) a friend surprised me with. But I did hover over its lovely aroma several times both before and after she left.
3. I kept all but 3 of the 35 pounds I lost this winter off (!) when I went off the packets for three months. Then lost those 3 pounds in a week just by exercising.

Today's positives (I like this game!):
1. I'm 1lb away from losing my first stone
2. Tomorrow we are going to choose the extras for our new house (plug socket locations, tiles etc.)
3. We're over halfway to the weekend!

There's some great positives on here and yes, pandora it is quiet on the LT thread I am trying to keep something going and why I keep popping over here!
YES, defo have 3 positives today:
1. Didn't buy any hot meatballs wafting their meaty smells across the shopping centre this lunchtime, aside from being on LT, I am vegetarian but was still tempted. What can I say. 2. Downloaded all the music industry resources from my music course off their googledrive before they chuck me off it and I can't get them anymore (should have done this weeks ago so its a BIG THING!) 3. Have made a plan for my allotment and extremely excited.
Yay that's me for today

1. Just when my son's In N Out cheeseburger and fries were starting to get to me, just when I was tempted to reach over and pluck a fry or a morsel of meat, a person sitting at the table next to ours crammed half a burger in her mouth. And I thought, that's going to be me if I don't stay on Lipotrim and finish the job I started of shedding this extra weight.
2. Have been going to the gym regularly for the first time in my life and I feel great, even on VLCD.
3. Trying to walk everyday turns into needing to walk every day pretty quickly.

1: I finally got rid of the crap I was storing for my family that cluttered my house. 2: unexpected bill took the last one my money out of bank account but sold LO'S toys for 50 quid... Grand 3: My house is starting to look like my home again I've about 50 negatives though .. I might start a thread... Hahà... Great the you're getting the house uncluttered, Curve. Just starting to do the same here--going today to order a skip. Not looking forward to it. Son just started uni and I need to downsize to pay the bills. So 14 years of family accumulation--into the skip. Fifty negatives--so tempting. LOL.

Positives vibes to you all!
1. We have an estimated completion date for our new house (28th October)
2. It's FRIDAY!
3. I resisted Thorntons chocolates, sweets, kebab, and bacon sandwiches, and it wasn't even difficult!
