Sounds like you're getting your motivation back! Pop over to the challenge once you weigh in and let us know what you're aiming for :-)

Soooo close to those 16s, well done! I think weighing will keep you accountable now and will give you a boost as you see those pounds fall away.

Weighed in today and haven't lost anything. Slightly annoyed.
Today was a hungry day. DH and I have just had a shepherds pie and it was yummy!

That is annoying. Don't let it put you off though. I still haven't tried the shepherds pie so am glad to hear that you enjoyed it as I have a few packs sitting there.

Don't be disheartened, it isn't possible to eat this way and not lose weight, it WILL come off.

Weigh in this morning and I haven't lost anything again! I just don't get it at all.
I'm still in ketosis, I've been 100%. I've been having 2-3 litres of water a day.
Perhaps it's TOTM or something because I have broken out in terrible spots and my skin is never normally this bad.
Or maybe it's the Dahl or the Jam bars? I don't know. I'm just feeling very demotivated now.

Paesh it isn't going to be any of the Exante products, they are tailor made for this remember. It will come off, you just have to persevere. Sometimes I lose nothing for 2 or 3 days and then have a big whoosh. I must say I drink a lot more water than you. I slosh when I walk lol. Could be TOTM indeed, keep your head down and keep going another few days, it will be worth it!

It could be TOTM or your body could be panicking and wondering what's going on and holding on but a loss will show soon. Also, I am very sensitive to salt so if I have too many savoury packs I don't lose I'm guessing due to water retention. You might end up turning into a bit of a detective in trying to work out what's best for you. It could be all of the above. Whatever you do, don't throw the towel in., especially if TOTM is imminent. You can do this.

I've never had savoury packs much whenever I've done this kind of thing before as I never used to like them. I only ever had 2 shakes and a bar a day. Now I'm having a shake for breakfast, a bar for lunch and a savoury pack for dinner.
Previously I've always drank 3 litres but it's nigh on impossible with work to do that, I barely get chance to go to the toilet in the day so I get through a litre in the day and then a litre when I get home and I'm peeing all night so have been having rubbish sleep.
If I carry on not losing then I'm going to stop having the savoury packs and back to what I used to have and up my fluid intake to 3 litres. It will be easier to do the water this week as I'm on a week off now.

All you can do is experiment and see what your body prefers. X
