Hi, how's everyone getting on? Do you do just the packs, or do packs and a meal in the evening?

Hi furry
What plan are you following ? I'm using Exante at the moment and I eat four products a day as a rule . With Exante you don't have to stick to just shakes etc so I tend to go for the bars as I find them more filling
Do you want to lose much?

Hi Furry I am using Slim2btrim so having 4 packs and a conventional meal each day. I have lost 3st 3lb so far and am in middle of week 9. I really enjoy the packs as there is so much choice and not the usual vlcd type packs which I can't stomach. What plan are you on? Sarah x

I'm just doing the packs, I thought about the food option but decided not to complicate things.

I'm mixing and matching all the different brands. 3/4 packs per day and a low carb/protein meal in the evenings.

I do 2-3 packs and an evening meal. I don't like shakes personally so its a bit harder but I like meals and some soups. Meals mostly. I like to eat in the evening with my family.

I feel like I have to have some sort of food so I follow mostly the lifestyle plan with sns. i have a low carb meal generally on an evening for my tea. This could be something like a grilled bit of cod with some fresh veg or like the other night I made myself a small omelette. It certainly takes the edge off put it that way. x x x x

I've been doing slim and save and am now trying to wean myself off! I have a shake in the morning then boiled eggs and ham for lunch and mince or chicken with veg for tea.....plus flaxseed in the morning in my shake.

I'm using S & S products mixed in with "good choice" food items to keep my calories at about 800 to 1000 a day. I'm hoping to step down to full VLCD soon and shift some weight quickly.

Meltingmom - If you are trying to maintain your weight for the time being you could perhaps even follow a 5:2 or a 4:3 diet? Cakeordeath - Have you seen our re-feed plan on our main website? This is a really useful guide to help introduce carbs back into your diet so that you come out of ketosis and back into normal conventional eating nice and slowly. Here's the link www.sns.co.uk/re-feeding.html

You may get a craving for food later on Kitty and most people find sticking to just the packs certainly helps to hold off any further temptation's. x

6 days of just packs with 3 packs and a low carb meal (using S&S lifestyle). This suits me fine, I really enjoy a grilled steak, chicken or some seafood or tuna and salad so it feels like a treat to me.

Whiskey, thats the beauty of following our plans so that you can choose what suits you and you day to day lifestyle. Both of our plans require you to have no more than 70g per day and 750kcals so just do what suits you. How have you got on over the past couple of days?
