I've been fine thank you for asking. I was back at work today (first day since starting S&S) but I had a training day. I was a little apprehensive but all was fine.I took a soup pack for lunch and cut up a bar into small pieces because they often have sweets and snacks on the table during training and I wanted to be ready with something if I was tempted. As it turned out there were only biscuits and they were in the break room which I didn't need to go into. I ate my chopped up bar in the car coming home and have just had dinner. Going to wait and then have my 'treat coffee' - a proper freshly made cappuccino, mmmm heaven.

Another idea is you could make yourself some vegetable sticks like celery or cucumber and cut them up in the morning and keep them in a little tupperware box so if you are feeling peckish you could have a nibble of those throughout the day and they will still count towards your daily vegetable allowance too! As a replacement for you milk allowance you can have 100g of Fat Free Greek Yogurt, Fage 0% or Liberte 0% and you could have this instead, add some spices to it like a bit of paprika or cumin for example and have it as a dip. This would also be perfect on the evenings too when you are sat in front of your tv! Be careful with the cappuccino as this is made with mostly milk because you may go over your daily allowance. We suggest that if you are visiting a coffee house or are making it yourself you are best off with an Americano. x

Ohh no, I daren't start on Total yoghurt. I adore the stuff, I could happily eat buckets of it. I almost never eat in the evening after a meal and hardly ever watch TV either <<< strange person alert.
My cappuccino is made at home with my hoarded entire day's milk allowance. I measure it into a marked 150ml container every morning especially, I do without milk all day for this extra special treat in the evening and it's soooooo worth it. There are no coffee-house chains near my house or work so that's out of temptation thankfully.
Good idea about the veggies. Celery is the work of the devil though. I'm not able to nibble in work but I could on my days off. Happily, I haven't been peckish between packs so far but if I ever am, I could add crudeties to my normal raw mushroom nibbles.
