I'm gonna do 3 days then a rest day pattern I think coz I don't think it can be good for your body to not repair saying that on my rest days I will probably be doing other exercise lol. It was hard but do-able, I tried it about a year ago and I couldn't even do a stR jump so I am feeling happy with myself to be honest! I had to do the modified version of press ups and I struggled on the pretend skipping and the bicycle crunches, the rest was hard but ok I was really sweating haha!! At one point it really made me laugh when she said I want to here you panting and grunting because I was panting and it sounded rude hahaha! X

Hi all im jumping in on the bandwagon if thats ok. Ive re introduced the shred in my exercise and was doing alternate days with the c210k app. I was away last week but its amazing how quickly fitness drops. I mean i kept the running up on hols but obviously didnt take my dvd and did level 1 again yesterday and it nearly killed me. Crazy aint it? I did 1 day of each level in my week and found that it stopped me from getting bored. I must admit you either love her or hate her... Anyway watching you guys with interest and for motivation too. Good luck all. X

Only just done it tonight, hubby is away which means I have to do everything at home inc walking the dog whereas he normally does night time walk while I shred. Anyway done & I'm happy as I upped my weights for a fair few exercises & actually did kick my butt!!!! So happy but now knackered & just wanna crash where I am ?

That's awesome I don't think I've lost 5" in a year lol never mind 10 days! I'm not expecting much. Are you meant to do it for 30 continuous days? I'm confused coz I want to get it right but I always heard that you should give your muscles time to repair :s What size weights did you use? x

Waffle, if you feel you need a day of rest every so often then do so. I remember talking to one of the gym instructors a couple of years ago about rest days. Her reply was that the body does need time to repair, and as such, at least one day a week you should not exercise as vigorous as all the rest. She said that if you felt like have a nice walk on your rest day instead of running or weights or whatever, then it's a good idea I think 30 consecutive days will give you better results but for the sake of finishing 3 or 4 days later it may not really matter

I need to finish on day 30 straight through as that's 2 days before my 40th. Funny but I hardly hurt at all today, I got out of bed expecting the cowboy walk again but no all ok! Tomorrow may be another matter though lol x

I'm not too sore today either I had hoped to shred before going out. But in the middle of the night someone must have superglued my legs into the bed ! It was supposed have a struggle to get out. So I have no time before I have to go out. I will get it done later though
