Better day today. Probably gone slightly over calories but not bad. Will plan healthier food once I get paid on Friday. How is everyone? x

Hi tessa, dropping by to see how you're doing.
Have you considered upping your protein and lowering your carbs? Just a suggestion as I notice that bread/pasta features a lot in your meals and cutting back on these foods really shows results on the scales! Plus protein and fats keep you super full.

Hi Ladies, quite a good day today. Stayed under calories. B = 2 slices toast with taramasalata L = rye bread with salami, 1 Tomato D = oven chips, oven cooked cod, mushy peas Snacks: 1 Nectarine, few baby plum tomatoes, few nuts, one chocolate bar Gretagip, wish I had a higher food budget to allow me to buy more protein. Only got £40 to feed husband, myself and pets. Cheap carbs are a stable here Hopefully one day that can change as I know less carbs would be better. Katierose, one day at a tie is all we can do. I had a lot of stress lately so am trying not to give myself a hard time about food. xxx
