Hey - how you are doing? I dont know what work you do and how many chocolate brownies you have in there and how often but I know I have them around my work place all the time. All the time. Every day. SO - I needed to find a way not to have em. First thing that helped me was pepsi max. I know its not perfect but its better then nothing, So what i do I take big bottle to work with me and keep drinking it. It gives me enough sweetness and i dont go after brownies. Problem is when i already have one in my hand, then i cannot stop. So as much as you can - dont have any bites at all. Just walk away or put them away from sigh. If you can ofc. gum and hard candies that last long can do the trick too. Good luck and keep posting here how you doing =) I have all my fingers crossed for you

Hi Destamia, we don't have cakes in the office all the time thanks god. They were homemade brownies though so I find it rude to say no if someone made the afford to bake. I was quite good today though. Stayed under my calories. xx

Well I am off out to Liverpool to see the tall ships. Bit bigger breakfast about 600 calories but hoping to do my 3 miles walking exercise again. Hope everyone has a great day. xx

Hi Sweetierufus The tall ships in Liverpool and the free music was brilliant. Didn't manage my 3mile walk exercise today but we walked about 2hours in Liverpool. That made up for it Stayed under my calorie allowance too so a very good day xx

Another good day here stayed under calories even though I had a doughnut at work. Done 1 mile interval walk in the morning and took the dog for a 30minute walk in the evening. Looks like I might be back on track finally. xx

Pretty good day today. Breakfast was 2 slices of toast with a little butter & marmite, lunch, sandwich with butter, ham, a little cheese, caramelised onion chutney and cucumber, dinner was Quorn Curry and rice. Snacks: 2 Nectarines, a Tomato, a small slice of home made soda bread and cream cheese, 2 ice creams (freebies at work) Was under calories. Done my exercise as well. Hope everyone is ok. xx

Soda bread is really nice. Its really quick to make and quite crunchy on the outside. You use bicarbonate of soda instead of yeast and buttermilk or yogurt. We make it quite often x
