I ended yesterday on 2.5l....had to force myself to drink 2 glasses of water at the end of the day to get to that as hardly drank throughout the day!

I really struggle with drinking enough water, I used to just drink coffee as I don't like normal tea. I have had some of the whittards fruit teas which I did like, tried other tea bag types of fruit teas and really didn't like them as they tasted too much like normal tea. I have more recently discovered liquorice tea which I do like, but I still can not drink several cups of that a day. I was reading yesterday about fruit infused water, gave that a go and tried my first sample this morning - strawberry, melon and kiwi. Must say its not really setting my world alight . I'll give it another go with lemon and lime before I abandon the idea and try to find some other way to increase my water drinking. Do any of you have any tips to help me ? I can not drink the water at work, it is disgusting, I have bottled water to take to the gym. Also as well as not being a tea drinker I don't drink fruit juices or squashes at all, (never have liked them - I remember "accidentally" spilling orange squash on a school trip rather than drink it) although the bottled fruit flavoured waters are ok. ( which is why I tried the fruit infusion as being less sugary and additive free) My other drink of choice is hot chocolate, or when out for a meal or evening out I have just one glass of cola.

My drinks are usually tea, diet coke and water. ...I restrict the diet coke to just a glass in the evenings and only count half of the tea towards water intake (even though technically I could count it all? ).... I also have a cup of either peppermint or chamomile tea at bed time.
I fill a litre bottle with water at work from the water machine as I don't like tap water and aim to drink that in a day.
I also log all my drinks on an app that I downloaded and it reminds me to drink if I haven't logged anything for a while x

The melon/strawberry/kiwi water is finished, I suppose the fact that I drank all of it means it wasn't awful - more drinkable than a squash drink. I have some lemons and limes so I will try those.
The app to check on your water drinking sounds useful.

2.5 ltr water 1 x peppermint tea 1 x rooibos 1 x green tea (first time I'd tried this, not great to be honest!) 1 x mug of bouillon

I'm continuing the fruit infusion experiment. I've not tried the lemon and lime yet, but have some apple and pineapple. I bought one of the snack packs of mixed fruit from the supermarket this lunchtime, so I'm trying out apple and pineapple..

Yesterday I had two glasses of the fruit water in addition to Coffee at breakfast Mid morning hot chocolate at work Mid afternoon hot chocolate at work Bottled Water at gym Bedtime hot chocolate
I have another glass of water beside at the moment.
