Those of you who know me from minis will know I'm rubbish at drinking enough so for now that's my challenge. I want to hit 2 litres every day. Anyone else struggle and want to join me?

I'll join.. Water used to be good then started to drop.. I'll aim for 2 litres everyday plus my teas and coffee :-)

sunday 4 bottles of 500ml 2 peppermint teas 1 coffee 1 tea

I'll join you, Caz! I manage one-and-a-half litres of water daily, plus a couple of peppermint teas, regular teas or coffees. I need to drink at least two litres of water, preferably more xx

can i join you, got first appointment with cambridge consultant on thurs and I know I need to drink loads of water which i struggle with, anyone tried the app to remind you to drink?

Water challenge update - made my own water reminder bottle today. Have drunk 2 litres of water good start but need to up my uptake when I start cambridge properly

Been shying away from the challenge but have now decided to give it a go! Does weak squash count? I'm not very good with plain water! Today: 5 coffees (it's a weekend thing) 1.5 litres of weak sugarfree sqash Not the best today because of the huge amount of coffee! I'll aim for 2 litres of weak squash and around 2-3 mugs of herbal tea a day...no coffee during the week and i've given up fizzy drinks altogether!

update - 2 litres done so far, today going out for a meal as DD birthday aiming for 2.5 tomorrow, not sure how i''m going to do, finding it a strugle to fit all that fluid in!

Last drink of the day takes me up to 2.7 litres, happy with that ☺

I seriously need to be more consistent with my water intake. I almost forget to drink sometimes and my fluid intake can come predominantly from cups of tea, then when I 'remember' I can quite easily manage 2 litres a day. I normally use a refillable 500ml bottle. I just need to try to get through 4 of those a day. Trouble is a lot of the time it means constant trips to the loo which, when at work, is a bit inconvenient! Just been reading up about water though and apparently for my weight I should be consuming at least 3 litres a day - Jesus!

Its hard work isn't it? ! When I'm at work I have 2 one litre bottles of work on my desk plus drink tea. ... at the weekends I struggle to drink just one litre because I'm always running around and forget. ....The more you do it the less frequent the toilet trips become. ....I used to be running there every 5 minutes but I'm no way near that bad now. ....!
