How are you enjoying the holidays? My GP prescribed me Orlistat but it made me far too nervous so I didn't carry on with it for long. Holidays are ok. Don't see son much, out with his friends all the time. Orlistat does work great if you follow the rules. How's it going Rachel? Any more cycling? Hi kb. All going well. Still cycling - just not today as it's absolutely p***ing it down I have come to the conclusion that I was consuming too much fat - I was listening to what people were saying on the fb groups instead of listening to my body. So I am hoping by keeping fat below 100g I will start losing again.

I think you have to find a plan that works for you Rach and sometimes that means tweaking etc x im back on my exercise bike now :-)

Good girl katierose how is it going? Just had a yummy tea of my low carb lasagne. 100g mince , 15 tomato puree , Italian seasoning, 100g ham slices, 60g cheese and 30g garlic mayonnaise. I had 4 sausages for lunch and it actually kept me going. Where as before I would of had to of had 4 slices of bread and ketchup with it. Only out on my bike for 20 minutes today. Might go out again later! ! Swimming tomorrow love it

Food looks yummy x I am trying to do my exercise bike most days if possible but if I be done a lot of walking then I don't that day as don't want to overdo it x hope you have a gd day today :-)

Hi everyone sorry not been around lately - not been off track or anything, been a good girl I just don't always get notifications and then I forget. Anyway Saturday was weigh day and I lost 3lb Went swimming Saturday then shopping, then me and daughter went on a small bike ride. Sunday morning we all went on a 4 mile bike ride - really enjoyed that! ! But naughty me hasn't been out since Monday on bike. Yesterday was spent at Crumlin hospital in Dublin with son for check up on his kidneys. So was too tired by the time we got back. I think I must be mad baking with my daughter, chocolate crispy bars covered in melted dairy milk. I will admit I licked the spoon a couple of times (without thinking ) but other than that I am not really bothered by it all.
