The deed is done and my ever so trusty scales smiled (well half smiled) at me this morning and delivered another 1.5lb loss. So my fears last night were unfounded and I have remained friends with the scales of justice :-)

This week I lost 3.5 of the 4 I put on last week so 3.5 to go. I am now only 1/2lb over where I started the month. Still two weigh ins to go.

I did go to group but didn't weigh this morning! Count down to Tenerife in 2 weeks so going to really work towards the bottom of target range again.

Maybe it was changing food a bit. I mean, I had the wedding and all the cider,quite a bit of cake too. I must have done something right I reckon.

Have not look back on diary and did not write it down. At the wedding it was a sit down. We were served with Burger & chips in a plastic basket, and there was onion, cheese all cut up in little dishes on the table ans tom sauce. It was really lovely, really lovely. I had 6 pieces of cake, quite a few pints of cider and about 15 ciggies. I don`t smoke much but love to when I am drinking and smoking with others. You know we said about me giving the hifi`s to the kids. I don`t know if you spotted at the beginning of the week that I had fetched a good size bottle of cider home with me on Sat and gave it to Davina on Monday. Strange, not like me to give stuff away. It worked anyway.

Yes I sometimes have just 2 meals a day - mostly cos I can't face b'fast - always used to take a yogurt & banana to work to eat later (feel as if I've posted that recently?) It's great that for part of the week you ate what you want - then cut back and had that fabulous loss I did spot you handing over the cider - as you say it worked and v well too!
