So despite the awful weather my trusty scales delivered a 1.5lb loss (yippee) So updated stats below and then off to update my little Train ticker. Hope everyone else is doing well xx

Thanks for setting up another challenge Doreen - they definitely help me! I haven't been to class for 2 weeks cos I've been on hols - so can't set a target but know I've gained weight! Good luck everyone.

I lost 0.5lbs, but had needed 1lb to get back into Target Range!

It seems it was a week of gains. Put on another 3lb.
Decided today is the day I will finally get back on track. Have my shakes, meal and snacks all planned on MFP and will be going some exercise tonight and a long walk lunchtime.
