Still on plan here. Just did 10 min on bike while watching Prison break. Just Exante packs so far and no milk. Cant make up my mind what to have for supper though. X Doing great yay!!! Prawns and salad??

Not sure if this week's loss counts but I lost 1.5lbs cos we're only on day 2 - day going to plan so far - keep going everyone! X Yay. Well done Linda. Great result x

Well done wee welsh wumin Thank u - that's a week's worth not the one day on this challenge Thank you Curve! xx Here goes..... 20 days no scale hopping (Didn't this morning) 20 days on plan Then for the duration of the challenge, look after myself more, like no chipped nail varnish, pretty painted toenails, start some gentle stretching exercises, eat my lunch outdoors in the sunshine (weather permitting) and use the bottle of firming cream, instead of hiding it at the back of my dressing table! Great challenge ideas - I think all those things make a difference to us! xHi I'm in Little Miss Curve if I'm not to late to join I have 3 weeks until my holiday so perfect timing 21 days on plan cant do the no scaley hopping as I'd never stick to that so I will swim or Zumba 3 times each week Let me know if I am too late to join and I will slope away with my sad face on Welcome challengers! Not being so hard on myself would be good.. but thats not really something I can measure! argh! if you don't want to choose that - how about turning it round like: instead of saying not being so hard on you - challenge yourself to write down your 'wins' each day or just praising yourself? Similarly you try to stop/reduce yourself from having negative thoughts about you? Also looking in the mirror and finding the positives about you - like dressing to suit your body/colouring etc, making an effort with your hair/make up/nails etc (I've never seen a pic of you so not criticising how you look now btw xx Still on plan here. Day 2 - still on Plan and done my 10000 steps (well nearly 11 thousand).
I have just read an article on how 15 minutes walking per day totally changes the body and mind and mood - so just wait by the end of the challenge I will be a top Mensa, happy Supermodel :-) xx You fellow challengers are all doing a fabulous job. Let's keep going .................:-) xx

Corned beef *is* low carb. I can't come up with more than one thing. So I'm going to give up trying to think of something else to do for 20 days, and stick to plan.

When i was working in Dublin i ordered corned beef i thought it would've been the French horse meat we get out the can over here was shocked when they out a plate in front of me with half a cow on it. It was like one big lump of stewing steak with gravy
