I am upping at the moment to the tune of 5.1/2lbs on in 2 weeks. Trying to get back to it from today. 1.6lb gain for me. Too many double vodka and cokes during 3hr work lunchbreaks hehe (4 per lunch to be exact)

Update time. I stepped on my trusty scales this morning with semi closed eyes ..............looked down and double wowser a 3lb loss !!
Bring it on next week (although some tricky events to negotiate over the BH weekend). Hope everyone else is doing well. For those who are disappointed, remember the numbers do not define us, we can get control back - we have the power !!! Good luck all.

I lost 1.5lbs today - so pleased with that - I'm on hols from Sunday so can't go to class next week - so that's the end of my May challenge. Good luck to you all - hope to see you in the June challenge! x

My last weigh in for May...decided I can't sit at the bottom of target range for very long so it was a 2.5lb gain. I'm OK with that.
