Thanks Nanny Doreen,Monday weigh days not very good,Sundays up here is yorkshire pudding day,but we eat them first the rest of dinner after.So Ishall stay in kitchen while they have gone.I am really trying to lose these 5 lbs,with the help of you lovely ladies and ofcourse gents I seem to be leaving big spaces between words,Dont know what ive done to cause that but hey ho x

Yes roast dinners can be a temptation ...but then for me lots of things are Hopefully if your starting or restarting the diet - the first 5lbs will come od pretty sharpish! Don't worry about the spacing - your posts look fine or at least the same spacing as everyone else's x

I'm in. Finally settled after our sale/purchase finally went through. Eaten tonnes of rubbish while waiting for new oven and fridge so getting a start weight in morning. Fingers crossed we should have internet by time I get back from work as its being setup tomorrow

My Mum used to eat Yorkshire Pudding with gravy before dinner. Apparently it was to fill up so you would not used to much meat. My Mum came from Jarrow.

Well as expected my Easter gain was a whopping 4.5lbs - taking me out of target by 3.5lbs - will have a light week to lose as much as I can but may take 2 weeks (or even more to lose!) so much for me having a good May Good luck to u all!
