No change for me. Glad it was not a gain. Finger must come out this week.

Carrie - target - to stay within sw target range 2lb loss current weight 9.5-9st - 9st 6lbs WI day SATURDAY
Twinkle Toes - Target 4lbs (0lb lost, 4lb to go) FRIDAY
CurveAppeal - 11.25lbs (4.75lbs lost, 6.5lbs to go) Friday
Chardonnay - To stay within my SW Target range - THURSDAY
Darkchocolate - to stay in target range - lost 3.5lbs, 10.7.5. (10.5-10.11) FRIDAY

Afraid I couldn't make group this week as I've had yet another poorly chest. Back on AB and most likely steroids by Sunday. Shame because my home scales were nice and low this morning. Working towards the lower end of my target range.

Well done on the loss Janet - it's a great feeling to be a the lower end of target (altho it's a distant memory for me ) I hope the anti b's clear your chest and you feel much better soon.

Ha ha Linda I had a nice big hike of 4lbs over my birthday w/e but thankfully have dealt with it. Yes I want to get down the lower end but now feel a bit down at having to take meds again. Hoping that doesn't cause havoc to my weight!!

It must be frustrating Janet - to be on plan but gaining weight because of medication - hope you can find a happy medium.

Welldone everyone, I've been AWOL Due to an undeserved gain last week and then Easter meltdown. I went to group on sat for support but booked a holiday so I didn't have to weigh ( I'm Such a scaredy cat ) 😂

Snap - I'm avoiding class 2moro cos I can't bear to step on those scales - but I will be there next week but that'll be May - so April's challenge has been a washout for me - good luck to you all x
