Great result Curve & Lynne...and Carrie for finding an extra 1lb!!
I had success too...2.5lbs down! Boy have I worked hard for the last 2 weeks! #focused

Before I went on hols I had put on 5lbs. After hols I put on 5lb. The next week I stayed the same. Last week I put on 5.1/2lbs. Total 1st 1.1/2 lbs.
Back to normal, like starting again and I lost 6lbs. Need to change my target.

I try not to forget and seem to focus on what is a bit negative. The only party of that total gain that I was a little cross with was the 5lbs I put on before I went away. I was anxious - long way to go on your own, Also yes, the operation did make a difference especially when on my own. I am over all that now and that 6lbs was such a boost too,
